In approaching the varied needs of the home appliance industries (refrigeration, washing and cooking), the exacting TÈAS methodology allows us to guarantee the reliability and cost effectiveness of our solutions.  This methodology draws on two broad areas of knowledge that define TÈAS and are essential in the white goods industry:

  • A thorough understanding of the production process: from sheet metal working (bending, roll forming, embossing, notching and piercing, mechanical seaming, clinching and, above all, flanging); to tube processing (bending, straightening and orbital cutting); to welding techniques (rolling or spot welding, laser welding); to advanced adhesive techniques (hot melt, bi-component, taping and foam stop) just to name a few;
  • A deep-rooted knowledge of the final product and of the specific production and assembly requirements for meeting quality standards.   The synergy resulting from these two fields of knowledge has allowed us to implement complete production systems for a wide range of structural components in the areas of refrigeration (finished doors, cabinet, inner wrap-around liners, evaporators, condensers), washing (drums, cabinets, bars, inner doors) and cooking (oven cavities, cabinets, finished doors).   The TÈAS staff is directly responsible for all feasibility studies, system simulations, systems engineering (including mechanical, electrical and software design), prototype testing, installation, plant commissioning and ongoing assistance.
